These terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, govern the use of the homebargainsng.com website (“The Site”). They set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders. By ordering goods from the Home Bargains website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Purchases and Payment
Purchases from The Site will be charged on the day the goods are purchased. You can pay for items using a credit or debit card, eVoucher, or gift card. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer. We take payment immediately for products you have ordered.
Orders, Contract Information, and Delays
Upon dispatch of the goods you have ordered, a contract is formed between you and Home Bargains Nigeria Ltd. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Home Bargains, nor at the point in time that you receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched, the order may not be accepted by Home Bargains or may be cancelled by you.
Exceptions apply to orders for personalized items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation that your order has been received. Such items and goods may already be in production because of your order. For security reasons, we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in a single transaction.
Following the formation of a contract, Home Bargains shall continue to own any goods ordered until payment has been received in full of you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, Act of God, Import Delays, Material Shortages, or Higher than Anticipated Demand), we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Product Description, Price, and Product Information
We have taken reasonable precautions to ensure that all products and prices on The Site are correct when published. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to you. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. Please note that packaging may vary from that shown on The Site.
From time to time, the prices of products may differ between those published on The Site and the prices offered in Home Bargains stores. All product prices shown on The Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The prices do not include the cost of delivery, or any other service offered.
If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will not be liable to supply the product to you at the stated price, if we notify you before we dispatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we will refund you for the items ordered and notify you of the correct price, giving you the opportunity to purchase the items at the correct price, subject to stock availability.
While we strive to display the colours of our products accurately, based on the product descriptions and specifications provided by the manufacturers on The Site, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions.
