Any matters that arise out of the use of The Site shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nigeria. All contracts shall be concluded in English.

The contract for purchases made on The Site is made with Home Bargains Nig Ltd. This includes home delivery orders and orders placed on The Site and collected from a Home Bargains store elsewhere in Nigeria.
